Product Return, Exchange or Refund 

We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes, so if you are unsure  please get in touch, before you place your order. 

• All of our products are thoroughly checked before sending, and individually packaged by us with care and attention. 
• Once your order has been posted or collected there is no opportunity for refund or return. It is the responsibility of Australia Post to have your parcel arrive in good order in accordance with their policy. 
• We do not refund for reason of change of mind.
