Postage Information
Shipping within Australia
- Shipping costs are determined by the size & weight of your purchase.
- Standard Shipping using Australia Parcel Post is flat rate with Tracking; amount is calculated at check out. Please contact us for Bulk Orders.
- If your parcel is particularly large or going to a remote regional destination, you will be contacted with a shipping quotation and charged accordingly.
- All orders are processed via Australia Post within 3 business days of your order being placed.
- We ask you to allow 5-10 business days for delivery, due to one going postal service delays, and particularly over busy Christmas season. We promise its worth the wait !
- If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, please contact us, so we can endeavour to find out the delay.
- Please check your delivery address details carefully, should the wrong address be entered. Weeks and lane is not be obligated to re-send at our expense.
International Postage - We currently send items to New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Postage is calculated by the weight of your purchase. Orders which weigh over 2kg are sent with tracking. Orders under 2kg are not. Please contact us for postage costs, before placing an order. Insurance not included.
Duties, Customs and GST - Weekes and lane, prices and shipping do not cover the cost of Duties, Customs and Goods and Services Tax. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. Weekes and lane will not provide refunds for Duties, Customs or GST and and will not accept returns where Duties, Customs or GST have not been paid.
Please contact your local Customs Office to find out what prices will be applicable to your order. The risk of goods passes to the customer on dispatch.
Note: Weekes and lane does not offer refunds on items that the postal service can show evidence as ‘delivered’.
